Iran Press/Iran news: The head of the organization, affiliated to the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), stated that Basij seeks to mobilize the people to improve the economy and facilitate relations between the people and the executive bodies.
Stating that Basij maintains social security, he added that concluding a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Development Basij and the Actover Group, a pharmaceutical company in Iran, could solve people's problems, especially in underdeveloped areas.
