Secretary General of Indian Congress Party dismissed

The secretary-general of the Indian Congress Party, the largest opposition party, has been fired.

Iran Press/Asia: No report has been released yet on the reason for the dismissal of "Ghulam Nabi Azad".

Some members of the Indian Congress said that Gholam Nabi Azad has sent a letter to Sonia Gandhi the leader of the Indian Congress Party, the subject of which has led to the dismissal of Gholam Nabi Azad.

The performance of officials of India's largest opposition party has come under heavy criticism in recent months.

In the last two terms, the Congress Party has lost the election to the Bharatiya Janata Party (India's ruling party) and there are still fears that the party will lose power.

India's largest opposition party was founded in 1885 with 15 million members and more than 70 million supporters.
