The head of the political bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said that the failure of the Palestinian draft to condemn the UAE agreement with the Zionist regime by the Arab League is in the interests of the occupying regime.

Iran Press/Middle East: In a statement issued on Thursday, Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), criticized the Arab League's failure to condemn the normalization of relations with Tel Aviv and warned of its consequences.

"Haniyeh" considered the normalization of relations with the Zionists as a clear attack on the Muslim Ummah and their rights, adding: "Palestine is the issue of one nation and Quds is the issue of uniting the Arab and Islamic ummah."

The Arab League on Wednesday (Wednesday) at a meeting of its foreign ministers rejected a draft proposal by Palestine to condemn the agreement to normalize relations between the UAE and the Zionist regime.

The Zionist regime and the UAE announced an agreement on August 13 to normalize diplomatic relations. This agreement has been widely criticized in the Islamic world.
