Tehran (IP): The First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Eshaq Jahangiri said that if it were not for the policies of the resistance economy, the Americans would achieve their goals in confronting Iran.

Iran PressIran news: Jahangiri made the remarks on Wednesday at the ceremony of inaugurating Iran's top cooperative projects in Tehran, saying: "By implementing the policies of the resistance economy, Iran's food security has been ensured and its exports of non-oil goods have also been increased."

The First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran also said that the Coronavirus pandemic has reduced the volume of export and import of goods, but there is no problem in supplying the basic goods of the Iranian people.

Some 383 cooperative projects worth over 30 trillion rials (about $724 million) were inaugurated in several provinces of Iran on the occasion of the Cooperatives Week (September 3-9) with Eshaq Jahangiri in attendance.
