Palestine burning amid flames of some Arab rulers fire

Tehran (IP) - The spokesman of Iran's Foreign Ministry said that oppressed Palestine is still burning in the fire of obscenity and aggression of the Israeli Regime and the betrayal of some Arab rulers.

Iran PressIran News: In a tweet on Friday, Saeed Khatibzadeh said on the anniversary of the burning of Al-Aqsa Mosque that 51 years passed from the Zionist Regime's firing of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the first Qibla of Muslims, human common legacy, and the symbol of the unity of monotheistic religions.

On August 21, 1969, the first qibla of the world's Muslims was set of fire by the Zionists. Yet the Israeli Zionist Regime attributed the incident, which faced with the anger of the world's Muslims, to an Australian national Denis Michael Rohan so that try him in a fabricated court trial.

The court then released Denis Michael Rohan under the pretext that he was psychotic.

Denis Michael Rohan was a Christian Australian citizen who, on 21 August 1969, set fire to the pulpit of the Al-Aqsa mosque, in Jerusalem. Rohan was arrested for the arson attack on 23 August 1969.       221/207
