Tehran (IP) - The Special Representative of the Iranian Foreign Minister for Afghanistan's Affairs expressed concern over the spread of insecurity in the country and announced the readiness of Iran to cooperate in holding talks between different Afghan groups.

Iran Press/Iran news: Mohammad Ebrahim Taherianfard referred on Saturday to the recent blasts in Kabul and stressed that maintaining peace and stability in Afghanistan is both a demand of people, government, and political factions and a necessity for expanding regional ties and achieving collective security.

Three explosions took place in different parts of Kabul Saturday morning, killing one person and injuring four others.

Referring to the recent adoptions of the Loya Jirga for peace in Afghanistan, Taherianfard stressed the need to facilitate negotiations between the various groups in the country with the aim of reaching an agreement and announced the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to cooperate in holding the talks.
