Tehran (IP) - Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister is scheduled to travel to Kabul on Wednesday, heading a delegation.

 Iran PressIran news: The talks on a comprehensive document on Iran-Afghanistan strategic cooperation are among the goals of Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi's visit to Kabul

During the visit, Araqchi will discuss with the Afghan officials about two of the five committees of the Comprehensive Document on Iran-Afghanistan Leadership Cooperation, namely the 'Defense and Security' and the 'Economy and Transit' Committees.

Meeting with Afghan government officials and participating in a roundtable discussion on the Afghanistan Office of Strategic Studies is another program of the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister in Kabul.

On June 21, the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, Mohammad Hanif Atmar, headed a high-level delegation to Tehran and discussed with Iranian officials' various issues, including the document on comprehensive cooperation between the two countries. 212/ 207
