Iran Press/ Iran news: Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf added on Thursday at the second national conference celebrating health benefactors in Mashhad: "Benefactors are very important and outstanding for the society in the fields of health, education, employment and work and family."
Ghalibaf added: "The presence of benefactors and Iranian popular forces in equipping combat medical equipment during the holy defense period and taking care of the wounded behind the front was more important than war ammunition. During the COVID-19 pandemic, benefactors and aid workers came to the field again, and in the days when we even had problems in providing masks. Quickly and with their help, we made a lot of progress from vaccine production to equipment supply."
Ghalibaf added: "Correct distribution of opportunities, centered justice and reduction of social harms require the cohesion and presence of people in all administrative departments, even in the departments related to military equipment and armed forces."
He elsewhere stated: "We should use the capacity of the people, which is like a roaring ocean, and achieve a model in the way of governance and popularization, and define the presence of people and benefactors in the system in a systematic way with knowledge management."
He continued by emphasizing privatization: "In addition to privatization, a cooperative approach to benefactors is very effective, and the participation of benefactors does not have some of the disadvantages of privatization."
