Moscow (IP)- Iran's oil minister speaking to the reporters on his arrival in Moscow stated that the country has signed good contracts and memorandums with Russian companies in the upstream and downstream fields.

Iran Press/ Europe: Javad Owji arrived in Moscow on Wednesday to develop bilateral relations and participate in the Russian Energy Week (REW) International Forum.
