Tehran (IP) - The final result of an autopsy shows that the former Iranian judge, Gholamreza Mansouri, has suffered a violent death, with his body and face covered with perspiration, according to a report by the Bucharest Prosecutor's Office on Tuesday.

Iran Press/Iran news: Mizan News Agency reported in a message on its Twitter account the official report by the Bucharest Prosecutor's Office.

Former judge Mansouri was accused of corruption and taking more than $500,000 in bribes.

Romanian media reported on Friday that Mansouri was found dead at a hotel in Bucharest, Romania, where he had been staying.

Iranian judiciary officials have urged Romanian authorities to launch an investigation into the unexpected death of Mansouri.
