Emphasizing that the property of the Islamic Republic in Japan should not be blocked but should be freed so that Iran can meet its needs with its own assets, the president added: "The Prime Minister of Japan has promised cooperation and follow-up in this regard.":
Military, economic, political, scientific, and technological cooperation between Iran and Russia has always been and will continue
Raisi also responded to the question of the Russian TASS news agency about the details of the visit of the Russian Defense Minister to Tehran and said:" Military, economic, political, science and technology cooperation between Iran and Russia has always been established, and they will continue."
The president added: "The movement of the defense officials of Iran and Russia is defined in line with the cooperation between the two countries."
Raisi stated that the Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran or the Russian Ministry of Defense will announce the results of the Russian Defense Minister's visit to Tehran.
The solution between Azerbaijan and Armenia is dialogue

Emphasizing that the solution between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Armenia is dialogue, Ayatollah Raisi further added:
