Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani assassination case to be pursued in international courts

Tehran (IP)- The Deputy Minister of Legal and International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran said: "The ministry is pursuing the US crime in the case of the martyrdom of Lt. General Qassem Soleimani, Commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps."

Iran Press/Iran News: "Mohsen Baharvand said on Thursday that the investigation into the assassination of Martyred Lt. General Soleimani at the Iranian Foreign Ministry had been completed adding Necessary follow-ups will be done from international authorities.

Baharvand added: "The investigation of a given crime is done first in domestic and then international courts, and after full coordination of various domestic institutions, including the judiciary, the Revolutionary Guards as a concerned body, the Attorney General's Office, the Ministry of Intelligence and other institutions, the judicial research on the assassination of Martyr Qassem Soleimani will begin in international courts."
