Tehran(IP)- The Spokesman of Iran's judiciary said that Iran's judiciary strongly abominates desecration of the Holy Quran and that the dirty and criminal hand of the Zionists is behind this desecration.206

Iran PressIran news: Speaking at his weekly presser on Tuesday morning, the Spokesman of Iran's judiciary Masoud Setayeshi referred to the desecration of the Holy Quran by some Western countries and stated:" We condemn the desecration of the Quran and we believe that the dirty and criminal hand of the Zionists is behind this desecration."

Setayeshi further stressed: " We abominate desecration of the Holy Quran and warn those states that have committed such a crime due to the green light of the Zionist Regime that they have put themselves against the sacred spring of Islam.

 Hamid Nouri' case requires collective work by all branches of power

The Spokesman of Iran's Judiciary stressed that Hamid Nouri's case requires collective work and all Branches of Iran's government must pursue it

Speaking at his weekly presser on Tuesday morning, the Spokesman of Iran's judiciary Masoud Setayeshi while responding response to a question about the judicial process of the Hamid Nouri case, said: This case requires collective work and all Branches of Iran's government must pursue it.

Spokesman of Iran's Judiciary added: "The human rights headquarters has made several follow-ups, but unfortunately, nothing new and positive has happened in dealing with this oppressed citizen, and the process of keeping him in solitary confinement continues."

Setayeshi further said: "His court hearing will be held in September, and we have learned that last Friday, he had a phone call with his family after a month passed, and we are worried about Hamid Nouri's condition."

Judiciary Spox: Hamid Nouri's appeal court will be held in September

The Judiciary spokesman said that Hamid Nouri's appeal court will be held in Sweden on the 1st and 5th of September 2023.

Attending his press brief on August 1, 2023, and in response to Iran Press regarding the latest Judiciary measures to pursue Hamid Nouri's case, Masoud Setayeshi said: The final assignment of Hamid Nouri is the judiciary's duty, but also the case should be followed up by other institutions as well.

He emphasized: The judiciary has done significant follow-ups.

Setayeshi added: Hamid Nouri is still kept in solitary confinement in Swedish prisons, and the 13th and 14th sessions of his appeal court are scheduled to be held in September 2023.

He also expressed concern about Hamid Nouri's health in Swedish prisons.
