Iran Press/ Middle East: The Lebanese Muslim Scholars Assembly met with Lebanese and Palestinian scholars on the occasion of the victory of the resistance in Jenin Camp against the Israeli regime.
The gathering was held on Tuesday in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.
The Israeli regime forces recently attacked the Jenin camp, north of the West Bank. They faced the resistance of the Palestinian youth in the camp and withdrew.
Ghazi Hanini, head of the Council of Trustees of the Assembly of Muslim Scholars in Lebanon, pointed to resistance in Jenin against the Zionists and said that Israel should withdraw from the Lebanese border city of Ghajar and that the Lebanese will not forget their land.
Hassan Habballah, the head of Palestinian relations in Lebanon's Hezbollah, said at the meeting of the Muslim Scholars Assembly in Lebanon that establishing a new resistance in the West Bank would end the occupation of the Israeli regime in the region.
The head of Palestinian relations in Lebanon's Hezbollah appreciated the Islamic Republic of Iran's support for the resistance in the West Bank and said that the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei, supports the Palestinian resistance against the invaders.
Ahmed Al-Mudallal, a member of the political office of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, appreciated Iran's efforts in supporting the cause and resistance of Palestine from the time of Imam Khomeini to Ayatollah Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
Hasan al-Masri, the deputy of the political office of the Amal Movement of Lebanon, supported the resistance of Lebanon and Palestine against the Israeli regime.
