Iran\\\'s Red Crescent hospital to reopen in Yemeni capital

Tehran (IP) - Iran Red Crescent Society (IRCS) spokesman Mohammad Nasiri announced the reopening of a 70-bed hospital affiliated to IRCS in the Yemeni capital in the near future.

Iran PressIran News: Speaking in a press conference on Sunday, Mohammad Nasiri said: "The hospital was constructed in Sana'a 16 years ago, but it was closed due to security considerations after five years of rendering humanitarian services in 2009."

Mohammad Nasiri went on to add that the hospital would reopen soon following the coordination between health officials of Yemen and the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Saudi Arabia and a number of its regional allies launched the devastating war on Yemen in March 2015 in order to bring the country’s former president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi back to power and crush the Ansarullah movement.
