The Malaysian government condemned the Zionist plan for annexation of some parts of the West Bank to the occupied territories.

Iran Press/Asia: The Malaysian Ministry of Foreign affairs in a statement called the plan as the unilateral measure which is an obvious breach to the international law as well as the 4th Geneva Convention as well as that of the United Nations General Assembly and the in the Security Council.

The statement read that the Zionist plan would definitely trample on the international principles and standard for a fair permanent solution for the Palestinian conflict as well as destroying a chance and opportunity for peace.

While declaring its support of the Palestinian nation as well as condemning the aggression and the Zionist regimes, crimes against the Palestinians, the statement call on the international community especially UNSC to take a decisive and prompt position to confront against West Bank annexation plan.

Following the US recognition of al-Quds as the capital of the Zionist regime and the relocation of its embassy from Tel Aviv to al-Quds, the Zionist regime, with the support of the Donald Trump administration, intends to officially occupy 30 percent of the West Bank.

This move is part of a US anti-Palestinian plan called the 'Deal of the Century.'
