Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's Secretary of Expediency Council Mohsen Rezaei in a telephone conversation with the Lebanese Al-Nour Radio, the details of which was published on Monday, expressed his congratulations on the liberation anniversary of Southern Lebanon to all the resistance groups as well as to the Lebanese government and people.
Rezaei emphasized that the occasion was in fact a historic one in the Arab as well as the Muslim World.
Iran's senior official stressed that Lebanon could defeat Israel by a strong arm and the will of its own forces and it could register its own name in history as the very first Arabic country which gained such victory against Israel.
Referring to the efforts of some of the countries in the region to normalize ties with the Zionist Regime, Rezaei said that such last-ditch efforts revealed to the Muslim nations that the governments were used to stab in the back now have come and in a shameless manner want to show that they are cooperating with the Zionist regime.
"Israel is melting and collapsing," Rezaei stressed, saying "Israel's defeat is a great international event that will happen, and the resistance forces must be patient as well as having the endurance to achieve a great victory, for it, and intensify their struggles."
