Palestinian people gathered in Nablus, north of the West Bank, to protest against the trip of the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to the occupied territories.

Iran Press/Middle East: At the protest gathering on Friday, the Palestinians showed their opposition toward the US-Israeli-cooked plot of ‘Deal of the Century’ and the US policy toward the Palestinian nation.

The protesters considered Pompeo’s trip in support of the Israeli plan to annex parts of the West Bank to the occupied territories, chanting slogans against the US policies on biased supporting the Israeli regime.

On Friday, also Hundreds of Palestinians in the occupied city of al-Quds protested against the Israeli regime's field execution policy.

The Israeli regime wants to occupy parts of the West Bank and annex them to the Palestinian territories it has occupied.

In recent days, the Israeli military forces shot dead two young Palestinian protesters in the southwestern city of Al-Khalil on the West Bank.

The Palestinian envoy to the UN called on the international community to take palpable steps and appropriate stances to prosecute the Israeli regime’s authorities.

The annexation encompasses over 30 percent of the West Bank. The United States said it was ready to recognize Israel's annexation of much of the occupied West Bank.
