Iran Press/ Iran News: According to the special Headquarters for Nanotechnology Development, the filter is used in the gas pipe-lines and the filtration units of gas stations, with the ability to separate solid particles from the gas flow.
The head of Azad Filter Company, the manufacturer of the gas filter, Parviz Imanzadeh said the filters produced in the company are manufactured with a Spiral internal guard, which increases the resistance of the internal guard against pressure.
He said low-pressure drop, high efficiency, longer life, and higher discharge than coverless filters are of the features of the filter.
In addition to the product, the company produces and markets various types of filters such as locomotive air filters, compressor air filters, and turbine inlet air filters, he added.
Imanzadeh said due to the use of nanostructured materials, nano-filters can purify the air with high efficiency; therefore, the company has also produced filters for power plant sector, and several power plants in the country use these filters.
