Iran Press/ Iran news: "The first phase of the (Islamic) Revolution started with the expulsion of despotism from Iran, and the second phase started with the aim of expelling the United States from West Asia region," he said at the conference.
Mohsen Rezaei said Islamic Revolution wants to play a great role in both the regional and global arenas and the statement of the Revolution is a charter by which the Revolution will play its role in both regional and international levels.
"The second phase of the Revolution wants to convey the message of the Islamic Revolution," Rezaei added.
He noted: "In the second step, we must enter into a scientific and technological transformation in Iran and the Islamic world to not only drive American troops out of the region but also leave behind capitalist economics and liberal culture and the new authoritarian systems that America has created in the region."
He pointed to the presence of revolutionary and young managers who are capable of solving economic and scientific problems saying, "Revolutionary (Jihadi) management must be alongside revolutionary (Jihadi) leadership."
"The assassination of Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani was the "Great Robbery" that Donald Trump committed and he must await the consequences of his actions in the coming months," the Expediency Council Secretary added.
An International conference on the second phase of the revolution, the model of civilization-maker for a revolutionary system, is currently underway at the IRIB International Conference Center.
Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani and top commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami are also present at the conference.
