Tehran (IP) - The eighth annual fashion show was held in support of domestic and local products here in Tehran.

Iran Press/Iran news: In the margins of the show, the top designers and producers in the field of fashion and clothing, hijab, and Islamic dress expressed their views.

Fatemeh Zulghadr, a member of the Parliament's cultural commission said at the exhibition, "These festivals have a great impact on the community. The people of each province should promote their native and Islamic products."

"We invite all fashion activists to use their abilities in this field and we also help them to bring the fashion-designing industry closer to our culture," he said.

"We need to support the designers and give them enough facilities to export their products abroad to compete with others," Zulghadr underscored.
