The deputy head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces(PMF), Abu Mahdi al-Mohandes

The deputy head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces(PMF), Abu Mahdi al-Mohandes, stressed that the blood of the martyrs of the attack will not be wasted and the US forces in Iraq will receive a strong response.

Iran Press/Middle East:  At least 25 forces of Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) or al-Hashd al-Shaabi were martyred and 51 more were injured in the US strike against the group's facilities in the western Al Anbar Province.

The drone attacks targeted against brigades 45 and 46 of the group on Sunday.

Iraqi officials, figures, groups, and political parties strongly condemned the US attack on the positions of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in the border town of al-Qaim in the western Anbar province.

Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi denounced the move as a violation of international standards.

The head of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement, Ammar Hakim, issued a statement condemning the US attack on PMF positions as a clear violation of Iraqi sovereignty.

Hakim called on the Iraqi government and parliament to take a clear and decisive stance against the US move, which is a disrespect to Iraqi sovereignty.

Iraq's Hezbollah Brigades also condemned the attack and demanded the withdrawal of US forces from Iraqi territory.

Iraq's Fatah coalition also issued a statement Sunday night calling for the immediate withdrawal of US troops from Iraq.

Iraq's Asaib Ahl al-Haq movement condemned the US attack on PMF positions, calling the presence of the US forces in Iraq a threat to the country.205
