IP-Golestan: Heavy rains in Nokandeh city, four kilometers from Bandar Gaz, west of Golestan province in northern Iran have caused substantial flooding.

Iran Press/Iran news: Nokandeh river as the main river leading to the Gulf of Gorgan passes through the town of Nokandeh. The river burst its banks because of recent heavy rains and floodwaters have caused some damage in the town.

In addition to the town of Nokandeh, some areas of Golestan province have been hit by flash floods. Golestan province experienced heavy rainfall on Saturday night and snow also fell in the highlands of the province. 207/211/219
