Clashes in Yemen's Aden between the Saudi-led coalition parties claimed the lives of at least 30 people, making UN Secretary-General issue a statement, urging them to cease the clashes.

Iran Press/Middle East: In a statement issued on Saturday, Antonio Guterres urged the clash parties “to engage in an inclusive dialogue to resolve their differences and address the legitimate concerns of all Yemenis.”

Amid Friday's clashes in Aden between southern UAE-affiliated separatists and Saudi-affiliated pro-Mansour Hadi forces, at least 30 civilians have already been killed, IRIB News Agency said quoting Al-Hadath TV.

The infighting broke out Wednesday after the southern separatists attended a funeral for dozens of fellows, including a senior militant commander, who was killed in last week’s retaliatory missile attack by Yemen’s Houthi Ansarullah movement on a military parade.

As of 2015, the UAE-backed forces and Saudi-affiliated militants loyal to the Yemeni ex-President Mansour Hadi took part in a Saudi-led coalition and launched a bloody war against the impoverished country of Yemen.

Hadi is a staunch ally of the Saudi regime who resigned in 2014 and fled to Riyadh, the Saudi capital. 101/215
