Iran nuclear scientist announced the country's power to enrich uranium rate at 190,000 SWU level despite the limitations.

Iran Press/Iran news: "Regarding the 190,000 SWU level as a minimum industrial target determined by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, now our scientists improved technical knowledge for enrichment in that amount which is available for Iranians," said an Iranian nuclear scientist.

"For example centrifuge machine as the main element for separating and also IR6 can be produced and use domestically," added the nuclear scientist.

Speaking at a news conference in front of journalists and reporters visiting the site of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan (martyred nuclear scientists), he added: "Although restrictions have been imposed after the agreement on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), but with some changes in programs and infrastructures, enrichment has been the main core of all nuclear activities in all areas of the country, and optimal use of the capacities is what caused the anger of sworn enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran."

Iran revealed on May 08 countermeasures to US’ withdrawal from the nuclear deal, giving the other remaining parties to the JCPOA a 60-day ultimatum to comply with their commitments, particularly those regarding Iran’s economic interests in the banking and energy sectors, before reducing commitments to the agreement further stage by stage.
