A fatal road accident on the Tehran Saveh road has claimed the lives of at least 7 people and left 14 others injured.

Iran Press/Iran news: The spokesman for Iran’s emergency organization said on Thursday that as soon as it became clear that a fatal road accident on the Tehran-Saveh expressway had occurred, an air ambulance (helicopter) was dispatched to the scene of the accident, together with a mobile medical center bus, and three regular ambulances, to help and treat those who had been injured.

Mojtaba Khaledi went on to say that at the moment the details about what had happened and the exact number of casualties and fatalities was unclear, but more information will be released when details emerge.

According to an Iran Press report, video clips and footage of the accident suggest that several cars and a bus were involved in this major highway accident, involving a number of vehicles. The bus had caught fire. 103/211/203
