Iran Press/ Europe: Kazem Gharibabadi posted a message on his Instagram page on Friday, noting that the US regime's criminal actions in threatening the lives of people from economic terrorism to air terrorism will not over. Is it not the time for the international community to stand united in the face of these violations of international law by the US, which also threatens international peace and security, and to force the United States to act like a normal country?"
Gharibabadi clarified, "According to Article 3 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, a government aircraft (military, customs, police) of a member state of the Convention should not fly over or land in the territory of another country without the prior permission of that country."
"The flying and landing of American fighters in the Syrian territory, which is definitely without the consent of this country, is not acceptable at all," Gharibabadi added.
Two American fighter jets harassed the Iranian passenger plane in the Syrian skies, which caused some injuries to the passengers of this flight.
