Iran Press/Iran news: According to the official Twitter account of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif attending the Non-Aligned Movement NAM Ministerial Meeting in Caracas, Venezuela, has admonished the US government for its sanctions and maximum pressure policy against Tehran, describing US sanctions as a form of 'economic terrorism'.
Zarif stressed that Iran is at the forefront of resisting US unilateralism.
In a tweet on Sunday Mohammad Javad Zarif said: "My country is at the forefront of resisting the US new unilateral tendencies, which includes outright economic terrorism."
