The second session of the hearing of the accusations of the members of the MKO terrorist group was held publicly today (Tuesday) in the eleventh branch of a criminal court of Tehran province.
The defendants named in the indictment were notified through the publication of a notice and via emails, to attend the meeting or to introduce a lawyer, but the defendants did not introduce a public defender within the stipulated deadline; Therefore, a lawyer was chosen for them and the defendants have the right to defend themselves and can appoint a lawyer.

The next court session is next Tuesday.
