Tehran(IP): Iran's Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that COVID-19 had killed 129 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 82,480.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to June 16, 2021, 3,060,135 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 2,696,434 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 10,487 cases, out of whom 1,315 patients were hospitalized. 3,346 COVID-19 patients are in Intensive Care Units (ICU).

So far, 21,941,648 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 13 cities are red, 208 are orange, and 227 are yellow zones.

So far, 4,364,228 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 878,694 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 5,242,922 Doses.
