Mashhad (IP) - The largest centre for tourism, recreation, and botany has officially opened in the city of Mashhad, in northeastern Iran.

Iran Press/Iran news: The complex which covers an area of 24 thousand square meters contains 11 separate botanical gardens, a children's garden, a handicraft village, a health centre and a centre for traditional medicine, seven restaurants and coffee shops, Iran's first exotic tropical garden, a shopping centre, and a water cascade.

This is a unique multipurpose complex and the largest collection dedicated to tourism, recreation, and botany.
The tourism complex was officially inaugurated on Saturday 23 March 2019, during Nowruz or Iranian new year celebrations. The multipurpose complex in Mashhad welcomes both domestic and foreign tourists. 208/211/104
