Tehran (IP) - Member of the presiding board of Iran's Majlis noted it is important that the UK and other signatories to Iran's nuclear pact such as France and Germany prove their loyalty to it in practice.

Iran Press/Iran news:  A member of the presiding board and national security and foreign policy commission Iranian Majlis' (Parliament), Mohammad Javad Jamali said: "What is so important for us is that the UK and other signatories to Iran's nuclear pact such as France and Germany prove their loyalty to JCPOA in practice."

"Though the EU council has declared its political support to JCPOA, it has done nothing significant in practice regarding the economic affairs even the INSTEX which was supposed to be offered as a solution was let undone and impractical," added Rahimi in an exclusive interview with Iran Press on Monday.

The senior MP went on to say that the UK, which claims is doing its best to reduce and ease off tensions, on some occasions has triggered and raised the tensions.

"Installing military bases in Iran's neighboring countries or cruising in the Persian Gulf is a negative message by the UK," Rahimi stressed. "In order to ease off the tensions, the UK must first prove its loyalty and honesty."

Alireza Rahimi concluded: "The Islamic Republic of Iran definitely will ease off and clear out any tensions in the region and the Persian Gulf, and won't stand still when it is threatened."
