On September 21, 2014, Ansarullah came into power following popular protests, and today, the government of Yemen stands as a strong supporter of the Palestinian people and the axis of resistance.
In response to the Al-Aqsa storm operation, Yemeni people have been demonstrating their solidarity with Gaza and the Palestinian resistance every week at Al Sabeen Square.
This year, Yemenis also expressed solidarity with the Lebanese people and condemned terrorist acts such as exploding pagers and the assassination of resistance leaders in Lebanon.
