Iran Press/ Iran News: Commemorating the 13th of Aban in the Iranian calendar (November 3rd), which is known as 'Students Day' to honor those who stormed the 'house of espionage' (the US Embassy in Tehran), and seized its operatives, the statement added that this day was a reminder of the Iranian nation's anger against the brutal behavior of the supporters of the Pahlavi regime.
A look at the history of the US hostilities against the great nation of Iran in past years, especially after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, shows that the US has always sought to deal a blow to the holy Islamic establishment which has failed, thanks to the nation's vigilance and leadership of the Great Founder of Iran's Islamic Republic Imam Khomeini (May His Soul Rest in Peace) and the Leader of Iran's Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Army statement added.
"Now, after more than 4 decades of the blessed life of the Islamic Revolution and the revelation of the evil face of the US and the repeated enmities of the Satan and the Israeli regime against the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the strategy of the Islamic system to resist arrogance and colonialism has succeeded and signs of the decline of the US' evil power are now evident," the statement added.
Forty-one years ago, on November 4, 1979, Iranian students seized the house of espionage (US Embassy in Tehran) in protest at numerous US conspiracies against Iran’s Islamic Revolution.
