Iran Press/ America: The United Nations condemns any attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure wherever they might occur, United Nations Secretary-General’s Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said on Tuesday.
"We condemn any attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure anywhere those may occur," he said answering a TASS question about the drone attack on Moscow. "It’s also an important point that there is no comparison between recent attacks in Moscow and the strikes against Ukranian cities."
On May 30, eight drones were launched in the Russian capital. According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, five of them shot down an air defense system, and three more went off the route after being exposed to electronic warfare units.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday: "Kiyv has chosen the path of terrorizing Russian citizens by attacking civilian facilities, which is a clear sign of terrorist activities."
Meanwhile; Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in a press conference after talks with Burundi's Foreign Minister on Tuesday, said: "Western claims that the weapons sent to Ukraine should not be used to attack Russian territory are false."
He added: "Kiyv has turned to open terrorist methods for a long time and uses Western weapons for its terrorist actions." 219
