Iran's leader, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei led prayer over the body of martyr Mouasavi and expressed sincere condolences to the bereaved family of Martyr Seyyed Razi Mousavi.
On Wednesday evening, the body of General Seyyed Razi Mousavi arrived at Najaf Ashraf International Airport, marking the commencement of his final journey.
His casket was solemnly carried to the shrine of Hazrat Ruqiya, where a ceremony was held to honor his life and contributions.
He was a close companion of Martyr Major General Qassem Soleimani, the late commander of the IRGC Quds force.
In the early hours of Monday, General Seyed Razi Mousavi was tragically martyred in an Israeli airstrike in the residential neighborhood of the Zeinabiyah district in the suburbs of Damascus.
The body of General Razi Mousavi will be buried on Thursday, in Imamzadeh Saleh (AS) in Tajrish, north of Tehran. 219
