Over 75 Palestinians wounded by the Zionist Israeli forces as hundreds of Palestinians across the Gaza Strip on Friday headed to the security fence to participate in the 75th weekly anti-occupation protests known as the Great March of Return.

Electricity and water services have been intermittent since Israel bombed the main power station and Gaza's isolation is taking a toll on medical patients. Abdel Rahman Zagout, a Palestinian photographer from Gaza has captured images of this desperate isolation. 101
