Tehran (IP) – in response to the Canadian claims on the black box of the Ukrainian plane, the Iranian Minister of Road and Urban Development said the criterion for the investigation of the Ukrainian plane crash is ICAO's Annex 13., according to which Iran behaved form the very beginning.
