Germany (IP): Germany on Wednesday urged Iran’s prompt return to the nuclear negotiations in Vienna, despite the widespread violation of the UNSC Resolution 2231 by the United States and the lack of full compliance of the European Troika with their obligations under Iran's nuclear deal 2015.
