Tehran (IP) – Iran's President said that the Islamic Republic did not want to have a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) or hold nuclear weapons, and of course, it never wanted to use them.

The Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons was ratified in 1992 after 20 years of negotiations.
