Afghanistan’s acting foreign minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, at the 4th Tehran Dialogue Forum on Monday, says Kabul is committed to managing and delivering Iran’s share of water from the Helmand River, stressing good intentions despite persistent drought and regional tensions.

The CEO of Iran's Water Supply Company for Industries and Mines, Mohammad Hassan Asadi, announced last night during the “Development of Investment Opportunities in Chabahar Free Zone” conference that the world's largest concrete aqueduct, measuring 262 meters in length and weighing 12,000 tons, has been constructed on land and installed on the seabed of the Gulf of Oman.
