Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi declared that the Cairo Understanding between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is now officially considered null and void, following an “illegal and politically motivated” move by the United States and three European countries at the IAEA Board of Governors.
