Iran Press/ Middle East: The American occupying forces, in cooperation with the Syrian Kurdish militia known as QSD, are in charge of controlling most of the oil fields in the region in order to steal it, and in recent months, thousands of trucks carrying weapons, military and logistics equipment have entered the oil producing areas of Syria.
The Syrian government has repeatedly emphasized that these militias and Americans in the east and northeast of Syria have no other purpose than to loot the country's national capital and oil.
A group of residents of Zhiban village in the north-eastern outskirts of Deir Ezzor raised the flag of the Syrian Arab Republic over the school of this village on Tuesday evening to express their support for the Damascus government while protesting the presence of the American occupying forces and the Kurdish Democratic Forces (QSD) militias in this area. 219
