Iran Press/ Iran news: Iran's President Hassan Rouhani in his message released on Thursday commemorated the memory of Late Senior Cleric Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Mohaghegh Damad calling him as the great teacher of the religious jurisprudence.
Introducing himself as Late cleric's student, Rouhani also went on to say his education time by Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Mohaghegh Damad as the best time of his life in the Islamic Seminary in Holy city of Qom.
Rouhani went on to describe the Islamic seminary as the strong base of Islamic science, Islamic jurisprudence, and researches, calling Late Mohagghegh Damad as one of the influential charterers of this foundation.
The leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in a meeting with the members of the headquarters for commemorating late Ayatollah Mohagghegh Damad on Thursday, called the senior cleric a true defender and the scientific pillars of Qom Islamic seminary in a real sense of the word.205/219
