Iran Press/Iran news: The opening session of the Parliament was kicked off on Sunday morning being chaired by Hamidreza Haji Babaei, the Vice Speaker of the Parliament.
One of the most important components of national authority is the participation of people at the ballot boxes, to choose who would as a president run the office, Hajibabaei said.

The voting process for the 14th term of the presidential election started on Friday morning, June 28, 2024, with the official order of the Minister of Interior.
As the results were announced before noon on Saturday, the election shifted to a run-off; Next Friday the people will go to the polls to choose between the two candidates, Masoud Pezeshkian and Saeed Jalili.
Examining the report of the Minister of Education regarding the adoption of the necessary measures for the academic year 2023-2024 is on the agenda of the parliamentarians.
The lawmakers also pursue the emphasis on providing the required human resources, repairing educational units, and responding to the important demands of teachers as a part of the report.
