Iran Press/Iran News: Sima Sadat Lari said on Friday with 169 new deaths in the past 24 hours, the death toll from the virus has reached 19,331.
Unfortunately, 2,501 new cases since were diagnosed from yesterday, 1,173 of whom were hospitalized and the total number of COVID-19 patients in the country reached 338,825, Lari said.
She also put the number of those who have so far recovered from the viral infection at 293,811.
According to the spokeswoman, 3,956 patients are under severe conditions.
The spokeswoman also added that 2,812,488 coronavirus diagnostic tests have been carried out in Iran so far.
