Zarif also made it clear that the five scale-back steps taken under Paragraph 36 of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) reached between Iran and world powers are revocable if they are reciprocally and effectively implemented.
Iran started incremental withdrawal of its obligations under the deal in 2019 after the US unilaterally left the agreement and re-imposed nuclear sanctions on the Islamic Republic despite Tehran's commitment.
The fifth step announced on Sunday followed the US assassination of top Iranian military official General Qasem Soleimani on Friday in Iraq.
