Arak (IP) - The Nigerian Ambassador to Tehran had a trip to Arak, the capital of the Central Province in central Iran, and visited the industrial and agricultural capacities of the province.

Iran PressIran news: During his trip to the Iranian central province on Monday, Yakubu Santuraki Suleiman told Iran Press correspondent that the province is highly advanced in chemical industries and the production of agricultural equipment.

He said that the trip would bring about good results and expressed hope that the province's industrial capacities would be presented to the businessmen in Nigeria to boost cooperation between the two countries.

The Nigerian envoy also visited the birthplace of the Islamic Republic's late founder, Imam Khomeini, and his house in Khomein County of the province.

Yakubu Santuraki Suleiman told Iran Press that Imam Khomeini was an inspiring figure for the world.

He noted that Imam Khomeini is a symbol of originality and showed the whole world that everything can be achieved from nothing and that he made the Iranian nation a great one in the world.

The world's nations have learned many lessons from Imam Khomeini's behavior and performance to overcome their problems, the Nigerian envoy said.
