IP - The director of Kamal Adwan Hospital said that many of those wounded in the horrific Israeli massacre in Beit Lahia lost their lives due to severe injuries, and lack of medical supplies and specialties.

Iran Press/ West Asia Hussam Abu Safiya, Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, said that many injured have lost their lives due to the inability to handle them.

"Several wounded have been martyred due to the lack of resources, and there is a severe shortage of medical supplies and specialties. There are dozens of missing people under the rubble, and unfortunately, we cannot rescue them due to the lack of resources and the ongoing targeting, Hussam Abu Safiya said.

More than 80 people were killed in the Israeli massacre.

Many people are trapped under rubble. more than a hundred are wounded seriously and several are reported missing. A rescue operation is underway.

Palestine Islamic Resistance movement Hamas in a statement said: "The Zionist enemy committed a brutal massacre targeting a residential area crowded with residents and displaced people in Beit Lahia"
