Iran Press/ Europe: The celebration of the auspicious and blessed birthday anniversary of the savior of mankind Imam Zaman (A.S.) was attended by lovers and followers of Ahl al-Bayt (Holy Prophet's Progeny) (AS) to raise awareness of those who are waiting for Imam Mahdi's Glad advent thanks to the efforts of the White Lilies Cultural Institute was held in the Bosnian Cultural Center.
Masha'allah Shakeri, head of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Sarajevo, while thanking the organizers of this ceremony, said: "The school of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and the flag bearer of this school of Imam Mahdi (AS) is alive and dazzles the world day by day in the manifestation of their existence."
He added: "There is no surprise why these ceremonies are held in Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iran, and Pakistan, but this splendor here deserves praise and thanks."
The recitation of the Holy Quran, a speech, a eulogy by the famous Bahraini Panegyrist Abazar Al-Halawaji, who were guests of the ceremony, the performance of the recitation of the Kumayl prayer by male and female students, the reciting of the Faraj prayer as a group, holding a photo exhibition under the title of "the Mid-Shaban and the Oppressed" are the most important parts of this magnificent celebration.
Mid-Sha'ban ("night on the half of Sha'ban") is a Muslim holiday in which Twelver Shia Muslims commemorate the birthday of Muhammad al-Mahdi (the last of the Twelve Imams and the eschatological Mahdi, who will emerge at the end of time to establish peace and justice and redeem Islam), on this date.
